Kim Scoggin, Buyers Specialist

Kim is the team’s Buyer’s Specialist. That means she has ONE focus, finding the right home for you!

Kim grew up in Dallas, TX. She and her husband, Justin, moved here in 2003. They raised their two girls, Laura and Taylor here and consider Edmond their home. She carries the National Association of Realtor’s Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation and Relocation Representative designation. She dedicates her time to making sure every client has the individual attention they deserve when searching for their perfect home.

With her background in interior design, she has an ability to meet with clients and come away with a detailed grasp on what their wants and needs are which helps everyone’s time be well spent during the home search. Kim is an expert on the neighborhoods, schools and lifestyle in the Edmond, Oklahoma City metro and Urban Core areas.

Kim serves as the team’s staging consultant helping our selling clients get their house ready for market.
